The transition to ICD-10 is coming October 1, 2014, and is required for all providers covered by HIPAA. CMS has recently reaffirmed that there will be no further implementation delays. More information about ICD-10 preparation for providers is available at a link at the end of this survey.
This survey is meant to gauge your readiness for transition to ICD-10 coding, and your interest in participating in coordinated training for providers and billing/coding staff. The survey should only take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and we ask that you complete it within the next two weeks.
Please forward the email and survey link to the person who is responsible for ICD-10 preparation within your practice or organization. If your organization has multiple sites, only one survey response is necessary, covering all sites.
